Is the Surround Air XJ-2000 ionic air filter better than the Ionic Breeze?

Surround Air manufacture two ionic air filter models – the XJ-2000 and the XJ-2100.
The main difference between the two ionic air filters is that the XJ-2100 also features a fan for increased airflow, and additional ionizing pins for increased production of negative ions.
